What's in the kit?
Every InkToday tattoo ships in its protective sleeve, with an application guide to help you put it on.
How do I apply my tattoo?
Our tattoos are painless and very easy to apply yourself – it only takes a few simple steps.
Follow the application guide supplied with your tattoo, or watch our video tutorial here.
Once applied, the ink reacts with the proteins and the keratin in your skin, and darkens within 24 to 36 hours.
Your tattoo then stays visible for 10 to 14 days depending on where you apply it on your body, before fading away naturally.
Colour and appearance
Unlike most temporary tattoos, INKTODAY ink bonds to the surface of your skin instead of simply sitting on top of it.
Once applied, the ink reacts with the proteins and the keratin in your skin, and darkens within 24 to 36 hours.
The final result looks like a real tattoo, in a deep blue-black colour.
How long does the tattoo last?
INKTODAY tattoos are designed to fade within 10 to 14 days.
How long they last depends on where you apply them, on your daily activities and on how hydrated your skin is.
The ink fades gradually as your skin renews itself naturally.
Here is an estimate of how long they hold, area by area:
🦵 Leg: day 1 to 5 (very dark colour), then day 6 to 12 (colour fading).
🦶 Foot: day 1 to 8 (very dark colour), then day 9 to 14 (colour fading).
🦵 Knee: day 1 to 6 (very dark colour), then day 7 to 12 (colour fading).

Temporary narcissus tattoo: renewal on skin, zero needles
The narcissus is the birth flower of March. In the language of flowers it stands for renewal, new beginnings and optimism. A temporary narcissus tattoo lets you wear that symbol visibly without spending an hour under a needle and without paying €60 to €200 for a permanent result you cannot test-drive first.
This 5 x 5 cm design applies in five minutes using water transfer on any area: wrist, ankle, collarbone, nape, forearm. It lasts 10 to 14 days, survives showers and swimming. The ink is vegan, EU-certified, free from black henna and harsh allergens. That is exactly what market-stall temporary tattoos do not offer.
The price starts at €10 per sheet. That is the cost of a try: test the motif, the placement, the way it reads on your skin tone, before deciding whether to make it permanent one day.
Where to place a temporary daffodil tattoo?
Most popular placements: inner wrist for a discreet look, ankle for a summer vibe, collarbone for low-cut necklines, behind the ear for minimalist botanical flair. The 5 x 5 cm format fits all these areas without resizing.
Best occasions for a narcissus temporary tattoo
It works perfectly for a hen party (floral theme, great in photos), a spring festival, a trip abroad, a bohemian wedding as a guest, or as a meaningful gift for someone born in March.
FAQ
What is the meaning of a narcissus tattoo?

The daffodil, a bright yellow variety of narcissus, stands for hope, inspiration and rebirth. It is the birth flower of March, making it a deeply personal motif for anyone born that month.
How long does a temporary narcissus tattoo last?
This temporary narcissus tattoo lasts 10 to 14 days under normal conditions. It is waterproof and swim-proof. Wear depends on the placement and how much friction the area gets.
